  Been my home for a little over a year now. I can't believe how much my life has changed since I joined this box. Everyone in this community is incredible. This box has so much to offer ... with NO JUDGEMENT. Everyone starts somewhere. I've lost over 100 lbs since I stepped foot in the door that first day. I can do things now that I never thought I could have ever done a year ago ... and improvements continue to happen daily. This place ... this lifestyle ... becomes addicting and I couldn't imagine wanting to go anywhere else. The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, and really encouraging.
